Welcome Dominic and Poster Session

The end is near!

CS3216 is coming to a close and the poster session is tomorrow. We plan to put up 1X A1 poster and set up a lanshop like gaming station, with a projector showing the game. Awesomeness.

Nonetheless, this wouldnt be in the end for Supremacy, as the team is committed to continue developing it and put let it take of the run way.

In fact, I have just spoken to Dominic last night and one awesome animator and artist. He will be coming onboard to do some cool animations for Supremacy. Fans, Family, Friends - be prepared to be awed by our team's coolness. Xp

Of the fraction of his portfolio that I have seen. Here's something Dominic has drawn using just a mix of pen, pencil and liquid paper. And I am like ZOMG!

Beta Testing!

Supremacy will be conducting our first beta testing tomorrow. We are really exciting to get some external reactions for the first time about gameplay experience and further refine our game!

We will continue to release versions for Beta-test :: To take part, simply add yourself to Supremacy's Beta Testing Event!

Coolios: Here's a sneak preview of our current UI.

We have a few feedbacks so far with regards to our UI design on how to improve it. We will take them into considerations and work on the UI.

For now cheers and good job my team. We have come thus far and we have prototyped a playable multiplayer game in 4 weeks! Digg that. (=

Yours,
Toms

Kudo's - We are almost there to play test!

Hi Everyone,

It has been awhile since our last update!

Good news. We are happy to announce that we are now working with Collateral Damage Studios (http://www.collateralds.com/) for our art assets.

Yes, it has been 2 very busy week on our side integrating our game client with our server backend. Oh, the endless nights tracing and debugging spent at School of computing. Here's another snapshot of our work environment! (Sweats!)

Kudos Guys! Keep the momentum up and dont kill ourselves.

Now in our game, we can already pick characters, and play basic cards. (= It's an achievement if you know how hard coding multiplayer games can be and knowing that we are really unfamiliar to this. It is everyone's first game!

Edison, Chibi... Directions

Elos peps,

Good news and bad news.

Apparently, Titan is overly busy this semester hence he might only join us after the exams. There goes our webmarketing person.

Fret no though, Edison has expressed interest in joining us to help us with webmarketing and user community interaction. (= . Kudos~! And welcome onboard!

Guess what, we kinda have a spark of design inspiration for our characters. and that's Chibi! (= This is the source of our concept. The original picture can be found at (http://sasuhine.deviantart.com/art/HETALIA-127677815)

Welcome Yingdan and YeCheng

Hi everyone, today I am please to announce that we have Yecheng and Yingdan onboard for this project.

Yecheng is a year 2 engineering student who has a passion and talent in programming. He would be working on the server side. Wow! Check this out - Yecheng will be trying to implement a multiplayer game. Ambitious arent we?

Yingdan is a year 2 Communications and New Media student, and a USP student. I have worked with Yingdan before on another project (SEFFY) and she is one kind of good when it comes to concepts and aesthetics. I really look forward to working with her on concepts design. (=

I am so privilege to be able to work with such amazing people on the team! Guys, you rock.

This is Toms, signing off.
