What is Supremacy game about?
1) Supremacy is a Abode FlashTM game that is currently in development. It would be launched on multiple platforms, like FacebookTM and KongregateTM. It is a game based on world affairs, power struggles and parody.
2) The game mechanics is designed to mimic the interactions of different important characters and how the world works through - plots, powerplay and progress. We will have characters like like Obama, Lee Kuan Lew, Zhu Rongji.[i] We want to provide our games with both exciting gameplay and a chance to be more conscious of current affairs.
3) As we team, we believe in :: People! - We prioritize learning, team development and having fun over the actual product because people are more important to us than things. We are doing this because its meaningful, we get to learn and have fun. And hopefully make a difference!

4) We will be fast proto-typing and using Scrum.[i] Furthermore, each card would be mapped to a wiki, which players can find out more about a certain character as they play the game and our rationale for designing the cards
I think it's cool that you've already assembled your team and decided on what you want to do.
ReplyDeleteJust one gentle reminder: for a Facebook game to be popular, it typically has to appeal to dummies.
If your game needs an IQ more than 40 to play, it's not likely to get too many players.
You can however (and I would encourage you) to try to prove me wrong. :-)
Haha, as said, FB is just there because it has virality.
ReplyDeleteOur main target is not FB at all. We are looking at Kongregate.com, armour games and launching on our own website. Many website Flash MMO games does this nowadays. It is a more powerful strategy for online MMO than just FB.
